The Olympic Trials are officially over and our athletes now look forward to being selected on the Australian team for the London Olympics in August. An initial team will be announced over the coming days by Athletics Australia, although the announcement shouldn't throw up any real surprises.

The scene is set for what should be a wonderful two days of competition at the Olympic Trials in Melbourne commencing Friday.
